The circle is the most basic shape in Sacred Geometry. It is a 2-dimensional representation of the 3-dimensional sphere, which is the simplest and most perfect of forms. In both, there is no point of view given greater or lesser importance. All points are equally accessible and equidistant from their center point, from which all the points originate. Atoms, cells, seeds, planets, and globular star systems mirror the shape of total inclusion. Like a drop of water removed from the body of water, its spherical shape includes its acceptance
of itself, simultaneous potential and fruition.
On a more abstract scale, the shape is a paradigm of As Within, So Without, and the One and the Many. This is the one Universe which includes all things in its oneness. All other shapes and symbols reflect the various and profound aspects in the consummate perfection of its curvature. Our complete scope of perspective, feelings and intuition, and community are expressed within this shape alone.
