Feng Shui Continuing Education: Bedrooms

You spend most of your life in your bedroom, so it affects you more than any other environment. This is the room that supports you more than any other simply because of your presence in the space. YOU have created this space. Did you do so by default or by intention?

Do the elements you have chosen to place in this room support your life or disempower you? How can you tell? By the way you feel about the room.

Do you look forward to going to your room every night or do you just doze on the sofa until you drag yourself in there…or not? If not, why not? Is your bedroom overloaded with clutter? dirty clothes? work to do? papers you don’t know what to do with? photos of everyone that are years old?

Is your bedroom dark and dreary? Too hot to sleep? Full of your parents’ old furniture? Full of memories from previous lovers? Redolent with the aroma of “making do” instead of prioritizing yourself?

You are no longer a teenager, nor even a person in your twenties. You are fully adulting in life and have run out of excuses for tending to everyone else before you take care of you.

If money were no object and all things were possible, what bed would you prefer for you? If you had no spouse, and free reign to choose, what sort of a bed would you have? What size? Go here and pick one that tickles your fancy and snag its photo: https://casper.com/blog/types-of-beds/
